A short getaway trip to Redang for 4 days.
Take the bus after work on Sunday, home on Thursday and back to work on Friday.
Grueling 8 to 9 hrs bus ride plus 2 hours boat ride.
Isn't it long?
But the place was beautiful, more importantly, the company. =)
Weird hur? They had briefing upon reaching the island.

There's a life band from Tuesday onwards.
And I had a song that was dedicated to me. =)
3 words to describe.
Sun. Sand. Sea.
The other thing to do on the island is sun-tanning.
I'm not a fan of the sun. So judging by the 2 nearest benches below it's rather easy to find out which one belongs to me.

There's one gift shop in the resort. It sells practically everything.
It's also the shop featured in the movie.
On the 3rd day, we stopped having buffet provided.
We had our own ala-carte.
The dessert below, "Peach Melba", taste quite good even though it's just vanilla ice-cream with peach and strawberry sauce. Pity that this is the after photo. After I finished the whole cup. =p
Steamboat for dinner. We were the only ones who had it, partly because everyone was having buffet. But it was just addtional 20RM per person per pot
The trip was great. Away from the busy city, away from work.
Just that I got sunburn on my shoulders and head.
Next destination...........
The guys organised my birthday celebration on Saturday.
The main theme of this year is fastfood dining and I choose Mos Burger.
They 'da-bao' and we had night picnic at Sentosa. Haha.
Eat, talk, eat, talk. Take photo take photo.
Plus i tio spin round and round by 2 guys. Thanks hur.

Johnson is busy with his FHA competition.
Means little time for rest and little time for me.
But he make it up earlier this morning to cheer me up.

I have not seen Johnson for 1 week.
Waaaaaaaa.
But it's ok, I'm meeting him tomorrow.
Anyway, I got my pay check for last month.
Damn, it was so little man.
I was doing the maths and realised partly because of the trip, savings are so little.
Probably because I didn't have much night shift as I had a staff attached to me.
It's a honor to have a new staff under your training, it makes you feel that you stand out amongst the others because they are not selected to train the new staffs.
But, on monetary terms it's a different thing.
My colleague got a pay raise and yet the rest of us didn't.
I see no reason why, in fact I feel unfair.
Because I'm doing more and yet, I'm receiving lesser.
Anyway, I'm glad I'm off tomorrow because it's going to be a hell of a day tomorrow.
The hotel, as of yesterday, was overbooked.
Heavy departures on Friday, but I kind of prefer departures. Haha.
Just a few more days before the trip.
