A call from an unknown number.
A call to speak to Stella Ng.

I did receive a call a day or two ago in the morning while i was sleeping.
It was from an unknown number.
How excited I was.
I got my voice as energetic as possible to say hello.
The words that came out from the caller left me disappointed once again.
She asked to speak with May.

Every night, I take at least 15 to 30 mins to fall asleep.
Because reflections and thoughts can't stop flowing into my mind.
So many 'what if', so many 'if only'.

So many of them that mentally breaks me down inside.

Many would say 'it's ok, time your time'.
Sometimes I did like to say 'it's not ok'.
But I don't. I can't.
Because I will cry.

Now, I only look forward to going out.
Because I know during that period of time when I'm with my friends, my mind is taking a break.
Temporary.

I just want an unknown number calling to look for me.
No prank calls please.

I just want to have a piece of mind.

Sounds silly, but I just want to have a job.

Watched 4 movies in 2 weeks.
9. I Love Beth Cooper. Aliens in the Attic. The Ugly Truth.
And guess what?
SIM's student card can be used to buy student priced tickets.
Paid $6.50 for a Friday afternoon movie.

I went swimming this week.
After 1 year, I finally swam.
The sun was quite powerful man.
After 1 hour plus, my back is red with the obvious costume line.
But it's ok. I swam quite a bit i guess. Maybe 24 laps??

Browsing through blogs and FB is quite interesting at times.
You get to know what people are up to recently.
Sometimes, it's quite fake and absurd to view them.
And sometimes its rather amusing to just read through the contents.
I know it sounds mean, but hey, it's the truth.
Maybe at a certain point of time i may give people the same reaction too.

Oh ya. I just ate the chicken rice at Bedok Reservoir.
The one that one was featured on Ch8 and taught by the Meritus Mandarin chef.
There were at least 10 people queuing up when i was there and until i left the place.
My comments:
Don't waste your time to queue up which takes at least 15 minutes.
There's nothing fantastic about it.
I guess there are other places which have better ones. Heh.

Anyway, I sat quite a huge taxi alone.
A 6 seater taxi for just me. Haha.
The taxi driver was a nice man.
Was home around 1 plus, he said he would watch me get in the lift before leaving.
Even though it's a simple gesture, i think it was very kind of him.
Not many taxi driver does that.

Had a bad start into the week.
A very bad one.
I guess Tuesday was worse with the after effect from Monday.

Met up with the SA people on Friday.
Belinda, Calvin, Meiyan, Wei Lun and Mr. Lee.
Headed to Seletar Air Base, which was a very last minute decision.
Drank B52. I didn't know what it was because I didn't order it.
But it's not bad eh. The cocktail however was not good.

Gavin's birthday on Saturday @ Changi Beach.
Met people I have not seen for a year or more I guess.
Pris, Xin Yun, Ghim Beng, Vincent and a few more.
It was ok. Catching up a little, here and there.

I'm trying to stay positive.
Trying to stay very positive.
Trying to look very positive.
But I know there's a part of me that don't feel it that way.

Anyway, something happened yesterday.
Some thing real good that never happen to me before.
It's the first time my intuition felt so right. =)

It was Papa's bday on Thursday, headed out for dinner and then ice-cream for desserts at Swensens.
Got a free fire-house and othered other 3 more ice-creams.
It has been quite some time since we dined in together at Swensens i guess.

Just came back from Mandai today after praying.
My first visit to my Ah Ma, Ah Gong and Ah Ma's mum 'house'. (My mum's side)
I saw Singapore's 4th President's 'house' too. It was just a few rows down.
Going to such places never fail to bring me bad thoughts.
How bad, I don't want to say. Afterall, it's bad.

Anyway, Zhang Xue You is coming to Singapore!!!
But it's not going to be his solo concert, so nvm. Haha.

I thought about somethingsn regarding the songs in my mp3.
There are no Zhang Xue You songs in my mp3.
There are no Mayday songs in my mp3.
Shi Kang Jun is only singer that has been in my mp3 since day 1 till now.
Songs in my mp3 are mostly dl-ed although I do have lots of CDs.
I don't usually listen to my songs in mp3, I listen to the radio.
Other then in tunnels, shopping centers or areas with bad reception, I tune to the radio.
Why?
Because the songs on radio are super random and i get to listen to new ones.
Recently, i heard this song on the radio, it brings out the rock in me man. Haha.

It was a busy Sunday.
Being the AMA, I wanted to help my Ah Ma in the morning. But it seems like my Ah Ma prefers foreign talent, my uncle’s maid. So oh well, I went back to sleep.

The guests started streaming in at 12noon. And my Ah Ma was making full use of me, calling me around to help her do stuffs. Being the AMA, I have no complaints, because it’s my job to obey.
It really seems like CNY, almost everyone who comes for visiting on CNY were here, just that there is no red packets or blackjack.
It was fun playing with the children and there was some ‘hot stuff’ going on for once.

Most left at around 5 in the evening while the mahjong session lasted till 8plus.
Nevertheless, I get to eat handmade popiahs.
Those you wrap on your own. Delicious.

Finally got a new handphone as the previous one was problematic.
Didn’t get the model I wanted initially because it was too expensive, and coming to think about it, I don’t think I would require a 8MP camera phone.
