There were no sessions or talk yesterday but we had a German excursion in the morning which was nothing much la.
Had my first paid job in Switzerland for an event with many other of my classmates. The uniform was funny looking, but I didn’t take any pictures though. It was told that we were paid 21CHF per hour and working from 12noon to 11p.m. If you calculate, it totals to 200CHF in a day. BUT, somehow it was said that our pay was 7CHF and maybe with the help of our teacher, 14CHF per hour. Guess we have to wait till Monday to know.

It was lucky to be assigned the buffet stand for the day instead of the clearing and serving side. The good thing is that my partner speaks English and we did talk quite a bit. What I had to do was to serve people food, like what they want I give them la. But they speak in German, which I don’t understand, so basically, I had to play by ear. It was getting cold in the evening with just one layer of clothing but I got my jacket on.

At the end of the job, we were all like scavengers looking for freebies left on the table.
Lanyards, sweets, postcards, files, Swiss knife, chocolates.
Haha. Yongyi and I even got 2 bottles of unopened beer from the bar. (not for me!)
Despite being so tired, slept only at 2am plus because I couldn’t fall asleep even though my eyes could barely open. Woke up a 8am in the morning to wash clothes, hang clothes and wash clothes.

Anyway, school is officially going to start again on Monday.
Dissertation. Questionnaires. Dissertation.
German test. Study. German test.

And ya. I got a notification that I have to see Mr. Hermann for my internship, regarding the interview which will most likely be in Zurich. Actually, I’m having second thoughts on internship.
Feel like going home, feel like taking the opportunity to gain experience and earn money.
I’m afraid that I will be the only one doing internship.
Or maybe, I’m afraid that someone may not get what he wants.
I don’t know.
Shall see how it goes or better, so what company it is.
