Work from Sunday to Wednesday wor… although its only from 6 to 11 la… Monday was the beginning of World Gourmet Summit… so we have n should provide better service… I nv kena scolding wor… all quite gd to me… haha…
Monday.. I went out with Ah Net!! (Nana like not happy)… met Ah Net @ city hall den we went to Marina Sq.. Went to the food court there sit n chit chat… sat there for 4hrs wor.. Haha… long rite… we talk a lot of things wor.. hehe…
I drank on Monday @ work… Michael the bartender mixed drinks then ask me to try… he mixed one 95% alcoholic content alcohol with lime juice n ask me to try… Wow! Hot wor… from the throat to the stomach.. Haha… after tt ask me to try “lemon chelo” (something like tt)… was ok I guess.. Lucky I not drunk wor.. Still have to work lor…
Tuesday I try a new drink again… wrong order so I get to try.. It’s a nice cocktail…haha… also it’s the “sort of” last day for Michael… he will be missing for 2 weeks I guess.. Haha…
I RAN to work on Wednesday… damn! I waited 25mins for the bus… start work @ 6pm, the bus came @ 550pm!!! I chiong n made it in time… was working outside on Wednesday la… damn tired… walk in n out so many times… n my sis came to HV… for wat? For a ride home la.. Haha… coz my dad fetch me ma…
Overall, out of the 4days I worked, I only got 1 ride from my dad… took train home abit dangerous.. Y leh? I scared I miss the stop.. Haha… esp on Monday coz I drank abit den very sleepy… haha… everytime is jus nice or btw Simei n Tamp I wake up… if take till Pasir Ris I have to cab home le.. Coz no more train… reach Tampines mrt always ard 12mn… I like the feeling of walking home @ 12am… coz nobody… but its scary too… haha… so quiet, plus nobody, plus I listening to mp3 n I dun really walk on main roads although my dad told me to do so… haha…

Thursday, my off day.. I thought I can slp till late late la… den Calvin called me @ 8plus I guess.. Say Mr. Neo needs help in setting up the new restaurant @ TP… Since I free I go lor.. Calvin said 1pm.. Den Mr Neo said 1030!!! Arg!! Reach sch @ 11am.. I ALONE LA!!! BUT… I m the 1st year2 going to year 3 student tt see the new restaurant n kitchen!!!! Wahahahaha… cool man.. The restaurant n kitchen is behind the swimming pool… 3 levels… The kitchen amazed me!!! AMAZED!!!! COOL MAN!!! WOW!!! Damn nice… got asian kitchen, pastry kitchen n training kitchen… there’s a restaurant n a café…
Saw all the chefs there… not the usual 5 in TAS but instead 9 I tink… we were all bz sorting out the cutleries n so… after tt I had coffee training… haha.. It was meant for Mr Tan n Mr Neo for the new machine la… but since I did finish most of the things I attended the lessons… haha… leant some things wor…

Friday the 13 is indeed a bad day man!!
Went to sch in the morning to help Mr Neo again…but I left @ 2plus coz nothing to do le… after tt went home then went out again to raffles place coz working @ outdorr even for Michelangelo’s @ Asian Civilisation Centre.. Ended up working bach @ HV coz short of staff… took the van back with Shiek(manager) & Jasper… nightmare jus began..
Took an order for a table of 5.. Made so many changes…in the end the food not up to their standards… wanna complain… finish the plate of chicken le den complain.. Ask Shiek to handle it… after tt another table of 3… I set the cutleries wrongly… wanna change it… have to stretch over n get the person’s cutleries who was sitting inside.. Den came a shattering sound… I broke a wine glass.. Damn! Lucky the guest wasn’t angry n lucky it wasn’t a wine bottle… was quite demoralising la… other den this nothing much le ba….

It’s 14 April! My birthday.. But it jus doesn’t seems like tt… I didn’t felt happy.. I also dunno y la… haha… even bought a bar of chocs b4 going to work…
The restaurant was very busy today… non stop walking in and out… damn tired… didn’t get scolding nor did I made any mistake… haha… got a ride home from my sis n her bf.. Weird eh..
Thanks to my uncle who called n sang a birthday song for me.. haha.. Quite touching wor…

Met Yikai @ 1230 under my blk… just woke up only lor… sat there n talk for 1hr. coz I tink we haven met up since my last bday… after tt went home bathe n change then had lunch with him… talk a lot wor.. Catch up with the things he’s doing… I wanna ride his bike when he gets his license… haha…
Going out for dinner later wor… with my family to celebrate my bday.. haha…
